Becoming ‘Earth shakers’ to Lead Change for Organizational Renewal

Exercising leadership as a change agent requires creative thinking and the courage to orchestrate adaptive problem solving.

Under the tutelage of Professor Dean Williams, Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, from August 1-3, 2017, twenty-eight senior leaders from different walks of life took up the challenge to cross boundaries and build bridges at the three-day “Adaptive Leadership” program organized by the Center for Asia Leadership.

The program comprised two parts: eight plenary sessions that engages participants in in-depth discussions on adaptive challenges most commonly faced in today’s globalized world; and two case studies that provided the space for the participants to scrutinize, evaluate and learn from real-life leadership challenges.
