OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Center for Asia Leadership is committed to helping develop leaders who are primed to initiate and manage change in the 21st century.

Participants of our initiatives will get a dynamic change leadership skill set they can immediately apply to their career, workplace and community. They will also learn to address “messy” challenges, inspire innovation, and lead across boundaries.

We design our initiatives to help leaders create impact for themselves, their organizations, and communities. Our leadership programs are developed as transformational experiences rooted in the very best teaching and learning practices designed for the 21st century. Our contents and research draw from and are inspired by teaching at world-renowned institutions, and are led by alumni from these institutions who are committed to the practice of teaching as a means of promoting positive change.

Glocalized Contents for Asia

We work closely with members in our network, the academic community of world-leading institutions, as well as those across Asia, to conduct research and develop learning contents that works for the region. Our publications, which cover world- leading best practices and instructive tools, serve a dual function: firstly, as the channel to better our understanding of the challenges facing Asia, and secondly, to empower leaders to form insightful next-steps, and hone their leadership expertise in cross-cultural settings.
