Codi Caton began his career in university administration in his home state of Missouri, United States, and later served in the Peace Corps in rural Ethiopia. In Africa, he led projects in the areas of educational assessment, English language development, and community development for stakeholders in government and educational institutions, to benefit over 700 elementary and high school students. He personally launched an education program to support over 50 professionals including diplomats and consultants at the African Union. Codi has diverse teaching experiences in China, Ethiopia, and Thailand, as well as Malaysia and the Philippines where he served as a Teaching Fellow at the Center for Asia Leadership, designing and leading workshops on the topics of negotiation, communication, and leadership. Codi holds a Master of Education in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
