David Shore
David A. Shore, PhD, is a recognized authority on innovation, managing change initiatives, and gaining competitive advantage. He is an adjunct faculty at Harvard University and is an advisory board member at McKinsey & Company. He is also a distinguished professor of innovation and change at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China, and adjunct professor of organizational development and change at the School of Business, University of Monterrey, Mexico. He has held visiting professorships in Amsterdam, Santiago, and Shanghai, consulted in six continents, and delivered keynote addresses and workshops for groups across multiple industries. Shore previously spent two decades at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where he served as Associate Dean. As the Executive Director of the School’s Center for Executive and Continuing Professional Education, he founded and directed Forces of Change, The Trust Initiative, and the Certificate Program on Launching and Leading Successful Change Initiatives. In 2015, he was recognized as a Top Thought Leader in Trust by Trust Across America-Trust Around the World.
