Why partner with us?

At the Center for Asia Leadership, we believe in partnerships.

Our mission is to help individuals and organizations in Asia initiate and manage change to make progress. Since our inception in 2014, we have engaged with over 600 leading organizations from 65 cities across 29 countries. With the aspiration to one day engage with all 48 countries in Asia, we seek like-minded partners to come on-board as supporters and collaborators of our programs.

If you are interested to partner with us, please write to We look forward to hearing from you!

Ways to collaborate

Program Partner

The Center has designed over 40 programs under its Asia Leadership Institute arm, to provide individuals and organizations with access to leadership skills to become valued talents that can contribute positively to the self, organization, and community at large. Under the Asia Leadership Trek brand, the Center also organizes socio-political, economic and cultural treks to provide participants with first-hand exposure into the dynamics of Asia.

When you partner with CAL – as organizer, recruiter/promotional partner or as facilitator – you are joining a committed group that creates opportunities and new thinking to engage and transform your stakeholders in immeasurable ways.

As co-organizer, you can adopt one of our existing programs, or work together to develop a bespoke program that meets your business objectives. Our only caveat is that the program must be on leadership, communication or innovation.

Recruiter/Promotional Partner

Help us amplify our programs and efforts to your community by supporting us as a recruiter or promotional partner. This can be in the form of media buy support, or helping us to publicize our program through your respective channels.

If you have an idea or concept you wish to present, and require a platform to share, we are open to support you in your efforts to disseminate best practices on leadership, communication and innovation.

Knowledge Sharing Partner

In addition to the year-long leadership programs, we also organize one-day conferences and seminars to disseminate best practices on leadership, communication and innovation. As our partner, we will work closely together to identify means that can empower and intrinsically motivate our peers and others to play leadership roles. Findings from such partnerships may be compiled into a published analogy or case study for future references.

We also accept invitations to speak at events that are closely aligned with our mission to leave a positive impact on the community.

Philanthropic giving plays a key role in ensuring the sustainability of our efforts. The Center for Asia Leadership Initiatives (CALI) is registered in the US as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, while its regional headquarters in Malaysia, the Center for Asia Leadership (CAL), is established in collaboration with the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation, Malaysia’s largest education-focused social enterprise. More recently, CALI set up its Korea satellite office as a not-for-profit organization. Financial contributions to these organizations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Other means of sponsorship include venue and facilities sponsorship, media sponsors or in-kind sponsorship.

In this episode of the Adaptive Leader Webinar Series, we speak with authors of our new publication "The Future of Work: How To Prepare For It"

At the beginning of the pandemic, our Center embarked on a research project that chronicled experiences, best practices, reflections, and insights on the future of work. The book aims to help laymen who are either embarking on their first career or are making a career transition; as well as to provide actionable insights to decision makers in equipping their organizations to become future-ready.
