The Center has designed over 40 programs under its Asia Leadership Institute arm, to provide individuals and organizations with access to leadership skills to become valued talents that can contribute positively to the self, organization, and community at large. Under the Asia Leadership Trek brand, the Center also organizes socio-political, economic and cultural treks to provide participants with first-hand exposure into the dynamics of Asia.
When you partner with CAL – as organizer, recruiter/promotional partner or as facilitator – you are joining a committed group that creates opportunities and new thinking to engage and transform your stakeholders in immeasurable ways.
In addition to the year-long leadership programs, we also organize one-day conferences and seminars to disseminate best practices on leadership, communication and innovation. As our partner, we will work closely together to identify means that can empower and intrinsically motivate our peers and others to play leadership roles. Findings from such partnerships may be compiled into a published analogy or case study for future references.
We also accept invitations to speak at events that are closely aligned with our mission to leave a positive impact on the community.
Philanthropic giving plays a key role in ensuring the sustainability of our efforts. The Center for Asia Leadership Initiatives (CALI) is registered in the US as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
CALI established its first representative regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The KL office functions as the hub for strategy and management, recruitment and talent development for the Asia Leadership Institute; supplementary research under the Acumen Case Center; and operations for its Southeast Asia programming. The office is strategically located in KL Eco City, nearby the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
More recently, CALI set up its Korea satellite office as a not-for-profit organization. Financial contributions to these organizations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Other means of sponsorship include venue and facilities sponsorship, media sponsors or in-kind sponsorship.
