Adaptive Leadership

Developed at the Harvard Kennedy School, the Adaptive Leadership framework challenges mid- to senior-level working professionals to think and engage in the mindset and process of continuous organizational renewal.

Who Should Attend: Mid- to senior-level managers and working professionals in decision-making roles in business, government, and non-profit.

Format: Modular

Benefits: Equips learners with a framework and toolkit to chart a new path in their organization or community while preserving current values, mobilize others to produce breakthrough results, and reflect deeply in one’s practice of leadership.

Futures Thinking

Powered by contents developed with faculty and alumni from Harvard University and other world-leading institutions, our Center designs our leadership programs as transformational experiences that empower learners to create impact for themselves and their organizations and communities.

Glocalized Learning for Asia

Our Center works closely with our Faculty and practitioners to conduct research and develop learning contents relevant for the region. Our research and publications channel understanding of the challenges facing Asia as well as empower leaders to form actionable insights and impact in their local setting.

Local Presence and Engagement

Through our local offices in selected countries and an expansive network in over 30 countries in Asia, our Center works closely with our clients and customers to ensure close consultation and collaboration in designing customized in-person, blended learning, and online learning solutions.

We can work with you to customize the format of your program in line with your objectives and special circumstances. Learning journeys can vary from standalone 2-day programs to 12-day programs over the course of a year. We run in-person, online, virtual programs, or a blend of all three.

The development process of a customized program can take between 2-weeks to 6-months depending on the scope of the program.
